  Coffee tasted burnt and long wait, they had almost no donuts, and I usually don't hit on this, but the staff seemed super un-hygenic, and cigarette smell rolled off the person who helped me. Really unpleasant, will not return.

  I have been going to this location every morning since you opened. Your employees have no clue how to make a ice coffee. It's repulsive 99.9% of the time. They are all rude and disrespectful. There is one lady that is very pleasant (sherie) and always makes sure that I'm happy with what I'm paying for. However this morning unfortunately she was not the one to be at the window. Come to find out you went up AGAIN on your prices. I REFUSE to spend close to $3.00 for a medium ice coffee that I can't even drink. I will no longer be going to this location.

  Not only do they have fantastic products and service, they are honest. I mistakenly gave a 5 dollar bill instead of a 1 and they promptly returned
  the 5. Honesty rules with me! I would recommend this location to my
  closest friends and family. Great job Dunkin Farmingdale!
